A 2020 graduate from the sheet metal department, Messick will be critical to the development of new student-athletes. He was recently named "Captain of the Decade" for the Builders "All Decade Team".
As an athlete, Messick is one of the most decorated wrestlers in the modern-era of the program. He was the 2018 NCWA National Champion and a two-time National Finalist. He was on course to capture his second National Championship before the team was forced to withdraw from the National Tournament.
Messick is currently a Construction Supervisor. He is married to his wife Emma and his younger brother Dillon is a current apprentice on the wrestling team.
