HAMPTON, VA. - All nine batters in the Apprentice School line up got at least one hit on Sunday as the Builders erupted for 13 runs in their final four innings to defeat Johnson & Wales (R.I.) 13-6 at War Memorial Stadium.

The Builders gave up five runs in the top of the fourth as they committed three errors after two outs, but bounced back with six runs in their half of the fourth.  A two-run single from Jonathan Dehoux along with run-scoring singles from Josh Tuck, Will Johnson, Chris Kennedy and a bases-loaded walk to Ryan Wagner plated the six runs to put the Builders ahead.

JWU scored a run in the top of the fifth before the Builders responded with three in the sixth as Andrew Yonta drove in a pair of those with a double.  In the seventh, Tuck smacked his first home run over the left field wall driving in Chris Scarola to put the Builders up 11-6.  Apprentice School scored two more in the eighth on a two-run double by Wagner for the 13-6 final.

Tuck was 4-for-4 with three RBIs and a pair of runs scored to lead the 16-hit attack.  Dehoux, Yonta, Johnson and Dory Fields had a pair of hits each as well.  Tuck and Wagner drove in three runs each, while Dehoux and Yonta drove in a pair.   Dallas Wagner picked up the win throwing seven innings and striking out seven in picking up his first win of the year.

The Builders will take the field again on Tuesday when they'll face Elizabeth City State University in a 2 pm single game at War Memorial Stadium.
