Mother Nature Stops Builders As Baseball Game Is Postponed With Elizabeth City State

Mother Nature scores a win over The Apprentice School baseball team on Friday as the scheduled game at NCAA Division II Elizabeth City State University was postponed due to overnight rain and the threat of more rain on Friday.

Stay tuned for updates as to a rescheduled date.

The Builders return to War Memorial Stadium on Saturday for a 12:30 start against Tufts University in a doubleheader.  Tufts (5-2) is making its annual swing through Virginia and North Carolina and has defeated Lynchburg, Washington & Lee, Guilford, Averett and N.C. Wesleyan thus far.  They face Randolph-Macon on Friday before coming to War Memorial Stadium.
