EVENT: The Apprentice School (25-8) vs. Virginia State University (16-12-1)

Baseball hits the road for a doubleheader against Virginia State University on Friday, April 13th.  The first pitch is slated for 1:00 PM.  The Builders enter the contest 25-8 on the season and are number one in latest USCAA coaches poll.  In 33 games, the team has a .321 batting average, 260 runs scored, and have hit 20 homeruns.  Junior Cody Hendrickson, continues to have a monster season for the Builders with a .446 BA, 8 HR, and 40 RBIs.  The Trojans are 16-12-1 on the season and are coming off two loses against Chowan University on Tuesday.  Virginia State is a NCAA Division II program out of Petersburg, VA.  The two teams met last Friday with the Builders sweeping the doubleheader at War Memorial Stadium.
