For the second straight game, the Apprentice School football team earned a weekly honor from the Atlantic Central Football Conference office as freshman linebacker Brock Bullock was named Rookie Of The Week.
Bullock, a freshman linebacker and electrician apprentice from Spotsylvania, Va., had seven tackles, including 2.5 for a loss of seven yards in Saturday's 28-14 loss to Fairleigh Dickinson-Florham. He had a couple key stops in the fourth quarter that helped keep the Builders in the contest with the Devils.
Last week sophomore Johnathan Jones was the ACFC Defensive Player of the Week for his efforts against Greensboro College.
On the season, the Builders are 1-3 and will host Salisbury University at 1:30 pm on October 2 for its Atlantic Central Football Conference opener.
