As the calendar turns to October, the football team steps into Atlantic Central Football Conference action this weekend. Apprentice School will host Salisbury University on the 15th annual Trades Day game starting at 1:30 pm.
This marks the lone ACFC home game this year as the Builders will travel to Wesley College next weekend to face the third-ranked Wolverines and end with Frostburg State on November 6.
SPECIAL SHOWING VS. GREENSBORO
A third showing of the Apprentice School's 9-7 win over Greensboro College will be shown on Newport News Public Schools TV on Saturday morning at 9:30. Newport News residents can see it on Cox Ch. 47 and Verizon FiOS Ch. 17. Other areas can watch the game online at www.nnpstv.com.
