Pope and O'Neil Named USCAA Players Of The Week

The Apprentice School football team had two players honored by the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) on Tuesday as Players of the Week. Junior, John Pope won the defense honor while Sophomore Brenden O'Neil earned the offense honor. 

Pope, a junior pipefitter apprentice from Nacogdoches, TX, had 11 total tackles with one of those tackles was for a three yard lose.

O'Neil, a sophomore electrician apprentice from Virginia Beach, VA, was 6-13 for 131 yards and two touchdowns.  His longest play from scrimmage was 53 yards.

The Builders travel to Greensboro College this weekend in a 1:00 PM start.
