Coach Fauntleroy enters his first year as the Builder's offensive line coach.

Fauntleroy landed a quality control coach position at Towson University working with the offensive line coach. He assisted individual period practice drills, organized scout team fronts and pressures, assisted individual film sessions. He helped developed distinguished offensive lineman Aaron Grzymkowski, who was named to the All-CAA Second Team in 2021. Weekly task consistent of Opponent film breakdown, which included: analyzing opponent’s fronts and pressures to develop pre-competition evaluation that identified the defense; creating practice cutups; and managing the creation and distribution of weekly opponent breakdown cutups for Towson Offensive Staff. 

Fauntleroy joined the Fork Union Military Academy post graduate team as the offensive line and defensive line coach (2019-2020). Fauntleroy coached ten division one lineman that attended Marshall University, Rutgers University and University of Florida and many other schools. The PG team record consistent of consecutive winning seasons. 

Fauntleroy, a native of Hampton, Va., began his coaching career as the defensive line coach at Bayside High School in (2017-2018). Fauntleroy coached the defensive line to be a part of a top three ranking defense in the beach district. Fauntleroy help coach the team to be a playoff caliber team both years an Norfolk State University, Norfolk  

Fauntleroy worked as the assistant strength and conditioning coach during the summer of 2017.  He Provide proper instruction, supervision, and motivation to all the student-athletes. He Provide testing, training, and progress reports to coaches. He assists with daily maintenance and upkeep of strength training facilities. He taught and demonstrated proper lifting techniques for various forms of strength training. He taught and demonstrate knowledge of speed, agility, and flexibility training. He taught and advise student- athletes on proper methods of rest and recovery.

A standout nose guard at Norfolk State (2012-15), Fauntleroy was a walk on that later started the four game of his freshmen year. He was a for year started and help the defense earn top 10 defense in FCS football throughout the four-year career. He was the captain of the defensive line and help lead the defense to be number 2 defense in FCS. 

Fauntleroy graduated from Norfolk State University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in business and three years later earned a master’s degree in social work from Norfolk State University. 

Fauntleroy is from Hampton, Virginia A two-year letterwinner at Kecoughtan … selected to play in the VHSCA All-Star Game following his senior season at Kecoughtan High School in Hampton … a first-team All-Peninsula District defensive lineman as a junior and senior … also named to the all-district second team as an offensive lineman after his junior year … he earned first team all-region for nose guard …  spent a post-graduate year (2011-12) at Fork Union.
