Darren Jackson is in his third season on the coaching staff and in his second season with the Defensive Backs.  He served one year as Linebackers Coach and Game Film Exchange Coordinator under former coach Paul Hoffmann.  His previous stop was as the Special Team Coordinator and Defensive Backs Coach at Virginia Episcopal School in Lynchburg, Virginia in 2011.

Jackson played defensive back at both Liberty University and Ferrum College and won a Big South Conference championship at Liberty and graduated from Liberty in 2012.

He resides in Hampton, Va. with his wife Tina.
