Following a near three decade stint as an assistant coach at the College of William & Mary, Zbigniew “Zbig” Kepa is now in his third season with the Builders as the Offensive Coordinator.

He joined the Builders after serving as a Defensive Line Coach at Christopher Newport University in 2013.  Kepa had previously been on the staff at William & Mary from 1984-2012.  With the Tribe, he was the Receivers Coach for the first eight years before taking over as the Offensive Coordinator and working with the quarterbacks and wide receivers from 1992-2012.

Kepa went to CNU for the 2013 season to coach the defensive line where he worked with two of his sons, Nathaniel and Nicholas.

He is a 1979 graduate of Saint Joseph’s College (IN) which is where he started his coaching career as a graduate assistant and later returned as an assistant coach in 1983.
