Men's Basketball Falls 77-74 To Maine-Fort Kent

AUBURN, MAINE – A last second-three-pointer rimmed out for the Apprentice School on Sunday as they fell 77-74 to NAIA Division II member University of Maine-Fort Kent in Kirk Hall on the Central Maine CC campus.

Sophomore Tevin Andrews had 19 points, while fwllow sophomore Andre Henderson added 14 points and four steals.  Junior Isaih Harrison had another double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds, while freshman Latrone Demiel added 11 points off the bench.

Apprentice School held a 40-30 halftime advantage and saw the Bengals erupt for 16 field goals in the second half and outscored the Builders 47-34.

The Builders will now next see action on Saturday in Petersburg against NCAA Division II Virginia State University at 4 pm.
