The men's basketball team came up just short as they dropped a 70-67 contest to Concordia-Alabama in the FNU Classic on Saturday afternoon.

ON THE COURT:

  • Romello Anderson scored a game-high 18 points for the Builders.
  • William Wilcox added 16 points while Drew Walton notched a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds, respectively.
  • The Builders were outrebounded 33-29 but forced 14 turnovers with eight steals.
  • Concordia was led by David Freeman, who had 15 points.

The Builders return to action on Wednesday night as they host Thomas Nelson Community College at 7:30 p.m. as part of a women's/men's basketball doubleheader. The women will host Elizabeth State College at 5:30 p.m.
