Golfers Sit Fifth At Shenandoah Invitational After Round One

WINCHESTER, VA. -- The Apprentice School golf team started in the Shenandoah University Invitational on Sunday and are currently in fifth place after round one with a 352 total at the Winchester Country Club.

Junior Wade Traynham was the low man for the Builders with an 86 to be in a tie for 16th place.  Sophomore Kyle Radcliff was next for the Builders with an 89 to finish 20th after round one.

N.C. Wesleyan College leads the event with a 294 total while the host Shenandoah Hornets are second at 311.

The final round of the event will be on Monday morning.
