Golf Team Finished Second At Builder Fall Classic

SUFFOLK, VA. -- The Apprentice School golf team hit the home links on Thursday and finished second in the Builder Fall Classic at Sleepy Hole.

Chowan University edged the Builders for the team title as the Hawks carded a 325 total to a 327 for the Builders.  Virginia Wesleyan College took third with a 371. 

Junior Kyle Radcliff was the low man for the Builders on Thursday as he finished tied for third with a seven-over par 79 on the 6,516-yard course.  Freshman Ben Hunter was next in sixth with an 81, while senior Daniel Campbell was in seventh with an 83 and freshman Les White was in eighth with an 84.

Apprentice School will now travel to Harrisonburg, Va. this weekend to compete in the Tom Kinder Memorial at Lakeview Golf Course.
