Golf Team Sits 16th At Tom & Bettie O'Briant Memorial

GREENSBORO, NC -- The Apprentice School golf team shot a combined 354 on Monday to end day one of the Tom and Bettie O'Briant Memorial Tournament in 16th place.  Greensboro College and Bridgewater College share the lead with 305, followed by Methodist University (306), host Guilford College (308) and Greensboro B (311).

Freshman Ben Hunter shot a seven-over-par 77 to take low honors for the Builders on the 7,002-yard Cardinal Golf and Country Club Course.  He is tied for 15th individually in the event.  Senior Daniel Campbell was next in line with an 85

Tuesday's final round will begin at 8 am for the Builders.
