FOREST, VA. -- After day one of the Lynchburg College Invitational, the Apprentice School golf team is sitting second three strokes behind Lynchburg College A team with a 342 in the tournament held at London Downs Golf Course.

Ben Hunter leads the team in day one with an 80 to sit third individually.  Daniel Campbell sits seventh individually with an 85.  Other Builder scorers included Wade Traynham (87) and Kyle Mutter (90).

After the Builders and the Hornets in the team race sits Stevenson (343), Ferrum (351),Lynchburg B (352) and Va. Wesleyan (360).

The final round for the Builders will begin at 11 am on Monday.
