The golf team started their round at the Roanoke Invitational on Saturday afternoon and was pulled off the course after nine holes due to a tornado warning in Salem, Va.

Freshman Ben Hunter was the low man after nine holes sitting at one-under par 36.  Fellow freshman Kyle Mutter was next with a 41, followed by senior Daniel Campbell and junior Kyle Radcliff at 43.

The tournament will now be a 27-hole event with the final 18 holes starting at 7:30 am Sunday morning at Hanging Rock Golf Course in Salem.
