ROSLYN HARBOR, N.Y. -- The Apprentice School golf team started a weekend swing through New York on Thursday with a 328-386 dual match victory over the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Roslyn Harbor, N.Y.

Sophomore Ben Hunter was the medalist for the day carding an 80 over the par-71 Engineers Country Club course.  Fellow sophomore Kyle Mutter was next with an 81, recovering from a disastrous start to his round where he was eight over after three holes.
