Golf Team Falls In Two-Day Dual With SUNY Delhi

DELHI, NY -- The Apprentice School golf team competed in a two-day dual match with SUNY Delhi and lost 589-620 on the Delhi Golf Course over the weekend.

Sophomore Kyle Mutter was the low man for the Builders over the weekend as he shot 75-71 for a two-day 146 to take second place.  His 71, one-under-par on the 6,459-yard course matched the low round of the day.

Fellow sophomore Ben Hunter was next with a 78-74 for a 152 to finish sixth.  Will Smith carded back-to-back 80s on the weekend to finish at 160 and senior Kyle Radcliff shot an 82 on Sunday for a 163.  The Builders shot 313 on Saturday and 307 on Sunday for their 620 total.

Next up for the golf team will be the Tom Kinder Invitational at Harrisonburg, Va. hosted by Bridgewater College on September 18-19.
