Golf Sits 15th After Round One Of Tom Kinder Memorial

HARRISONBURG, VA. – The Apprentice School golf team took to the course on Sunday at the Tom Kinder Memorial Tournament hosted by Bridgewater College and the Builders carded a 326 to sit in 15th place after day one.

Freshman Kyle Mutter carded the lowest round of the day for the Builders as he finished with a 77 to sit in a tie for 31st place.  Sophomore Ben Hunter was next in line with a 79 to sit in a tie for 42nd.  Senior Kyle Radcliff was next at an 84 followed by sophomore Will Smith added an 86.  The hosts Eagles lead the event with a four-over-par 292 to hold a two-stroke lead over Washington & Lee. 

Monday's final round will begin at 8 am on the 6,500-yard , par-72 Lakeview Golf Course.
