IN BRIEF
The Apprentice School shot a 326 total on Sunday morning to finish in 17th place in the 2013 Tom Kinder Memorial hosted by Bridgewater College at Lakeview Golf Club.
Junior Kyle Mutter was the low man for the Builders as he carded a one-under-par 71 over the 6,500-yard Lakeview Golf Club course. He ended in sixth place overall with a two-day total of 148.
Hampden-Sydney College won the event with a five-over-par 293 Sunday round to total 589 for the event. Bridgewater was next (599) followed by Washington & Lee (603).
ON THE COURSE
- Senior Ben Hunter came in tied for 34th overall with an 81 on Sunday for a two-day 155 total.
- First-year players rounded out the scoring field for the Builders as freshman Jordan Ritz dropped two shots from his Saturday round for an 87 on Sunday to finish tied for 81st with a 176.
- Fellow freshman Brett Denson dropped four shots off his Saturday round to also card an 87 for a 178 total finishing alone in 84th.
