Apprentice School senior golfer Kyle Mutter was named the United States Collegiate Athletic Association Golfer of the Week on Tuesday afternoon for the week ending September 7.

Mutter, a production planner apprentice from Portsmouth, Va., averaged 77.5 for the opening weekend as the Builders competed in a pair of dual matches at SUNY Delhi.  On Friday he shot a five-over-par 77 to finish third in the match.  Two days later he finished in a four-way tie for medalist honors with a six-over-par 78.

The Builders will compete this weekend in the Tom Kinder Memorial Tournament hosted by Bridgewater College on Saturday and Sunday.
