Apprentice School Assistant Coach BJ Maben recently qualified for the 2015 Virginia State Golf Association (VSGA) Amateur Championship by finishing sixth in a qualifier held at Williamsburg Golf Club on June 16.

Maben carded a 73 over a tough Williamsburg Golf Club course to earn a spot in the 102^nd VSGA Amateur Championship held at Farmington Country Club in Charlottesville June 29 – July 3.

This marks his second time qualifying for this prestigious tournament.
