USCAA Basketball Coaches Polls Week 2 - Lady Builders 5th and Builders 7th

The U.S. Collegiate Athletic Association Coaches Polls were released on Friday afternoon and the Builders and Lady Builders are in the top seven of each Division I poll. 

On the women's poll, the Lady Builders moved up two spots from seventh to fifth in the new rankings.  Apprentice School (11-3) is on a five-game winning streak heading into Sunday's matchup against NCAA Division III 22nd-ranked Ferrum College at 2 pm.  Leading the latest poll is LIndenwood University-Belleville, followed by Iowa Wesleyan College and Robert Morris University-Springfield.  Ave Maria University, last week's top-ranked team, dropped to fourth and two points ahead of the Lady Builders.

On the men's side, the Builders stayed put in the rankings coming in seventh.  Apprentice School (9-6) will have a shot to move up as they'll next host fifth-ranked Lindenwood University-Belleville on Friday night at 8 pm for the 2014 Martin Luther King Classic.  The top two remain the same as Victory University (TN) and Washington Adventist University (MD) are separated by three points.
