ON THE COURT: Freshman Jessica Neighbors scored a season-high 16 points to lead four in double figures on Tuesday night as the Apprentice School defeated Mid-Atlantic Christian University 96-26 in a U.S. Collegiate Athletic Association matchup in Elizabeth City, NC.

The Lady Builders opened the game scoring the first 20 points as a layup from April McCoy put the guests up 20-0 with 13:09 left.

Joining Neighbors in double figures was Kenya Wilkerson with 12 points, Courtney Collins and April McCoy with 10 each.  Freshman Tia Brothers had eight points and a team high eight rebounds.  Apprentice School shot 45-of-88 from the floor (51.1%) for the game.

Leading Mid-Atlantic Christian was Brittany Harrison with 12 points and eight rebounds.  The Lady Mustangs were 10-of-52 from the floor (19.2%) and were out-rebounded 55-34.

Apprentice School visits New York this weekend with a pair of USCAA contests.  On Saturday night, they'll face Briarcliffe College at 6 pm and then take on Berkeley College on Sunday.
