The Lady Builders women's basketball team fell 64-47 in a road contest against St. Augustine's on Tuesday night. Julissa Riddick led the Builders with 13 points and 12 rebounds.
ON THE COURT:
- Julissa Riddick posted a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds, including nine offensive rebounds.
- Quanisha Bruce had a game-high 16 rebounds.
- Ylexzis Traeger added nine points for the Lady Builders.
- The Lady Builders shot 28% from the field and 57% (13-for-23) from the charity stripe.
- Apprentice School failed to convert a three-point basket, missing all 14 attempts.
- St. Augustine's was led by Angela Caraballo, who had a game-high 16 points.
- The Lady Builders outrebounded the Falcons 53-48 but turned the ball over 31 times.
The Apprentice School will eturn to action on Saturday, December 2 as they hit the road to face Virginia Wesleyan at 2 p.m. The team will host Bridgewater in their home opener on Saturday, December 9 at 2 p.m.
