BALTIMORE, MD. - The Apprentice School wrestling team recorded four dual match victories on Saturday afternoon in the Retriever Invitational hosted by the University of Maryland-Baltimore County.

The Builders (5-1) defeated Towson University 35-21, the University of Delaware 57-6, Southern Virginia University 52-9 and the hosts 50-6.

Apprentice School had six wrestlers go 4-0 on the day (all had at least a win via forfeit):

• Sophomore Kevin Hill (125 pounds) won two by pin (in 18 seconds vs. Delaware and 31 seconds vs. Southern Virginia) and one via a tech fall (15-0 in the UMBC match).
• Senior Josh Flint (141/149 pounds) won one by pin (in 5:40 against Delaware) and one by major decision (11-2 against Towson).
• Sophomore Matt Perry (149/157 pounds) won one by major decision (17-5 against Towson), one via tech fall (17-0 against Southern Virginia) and one by decision (8-7 at 157 pounds against UMBC).
• Senior Justin Gilliard (165 pounds) won two via tech falls (18-2 against Towson and 15-0 against Southern Virginia) and one by decision (10-5 against Delaware).
• Senior Eric Lybarger (174 pounds) won two by pin (in 6:01 against Delaware and 3:06 vs. UMBC) and one by major decision (9-0 vs. Towson)
• Freshman Charles Robinson (184/235 pounds) won two by pin (in 6:28 vs. Towson and 1:08 vs. UMBC).

Next up for the Builders will be the Desert Duals in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 18.
