2017-18: 125 pound NATIONAL CHAMPION...Entered the NCWA National Championship as the #2 seed...Defeated four of the other seven All-Americans, on his way way to the title...Avenged his only NCWA loss of the season, in the championship finals to the #1 seed, Byron Smith, of Middle Tennessee, by way of a 15-8 major decision...Finished the season with an overall record of 33-7, capturing titles at the USCAA National Invitational, the Builder Invitational and Virginia Beach Nationals...Had an 11-1 record in dual meets...16 of 33 wins with bonus points...VaSID Second Team All-State...VaSID Academic All-State Team
