The Builders men's basketball had five players in double figures as they routed Thomas Nelson 96-73 on Friday night. Romello Anderson had a game-high 24 points to lead ten scorers for the Builders.
ON THE COURT:
- Romello Anderson led all scorers with 24 points.
- Jalen Warren added 13 points while Jalen Ruffin and Sam Morris each added 12 points.
- Drew Walton contributed 10 points off the bench.
- William Wilcox grabbed a team-high 10 rebounds for the Builders.
- The Builders forced 27 turnovers and scored 31 points off turnovers. They also scored 16 fastbreak points.
- Josh Clifton added seven points, seven rebounds, and a team-high four assists off the bench.
- The Gators were led by Amari Aklin, who had 20 points and 10 rebounds.
The Builders return to action on Friday night as they host Bluefield State at 5:30 p.m.
