HARRISONBURG, Va. - Jeremy Carr shot an opening round score of 5-over 77 to lead the Apprentice School golf team at the Kinder Invitational Monday.

Carr had four birdies on the day, finding red numbers on the 5th, 6th, 13th and 16th holes on his way to a tie for 20th place in the event. His score is the lowest of individuals not part of the team totals.

The Builders shot an opening score of 354 and sit four shots back of Mid Atlantic Christian headed into tomorrow's final round.

Tee times for tomorrow's final round begin at 9 a.m. off hole No. 10.
