FAYETTEVILLE, NC - An 8-0 run over a 3:02 span late in the second half proved to be the difference as Virginia Wesleyan College defeated The Apprentice School 64-57 in the second day of the Methodist Turkey Shootout at the Riddle Center on Saturday.

The Lady Builders trailed 7-0 in the first 2:14 before slowly chipping their way back into the game taking a 14-13 lead on a LaTorya Grimes layup with 11:41 left.
