LONG ISLAND, NY -- Freshman Jasmine Pringle scored 14 points to lead four Lady Builders in double figures as The Apprentice School defeated Briarcliffe College 60-37 in a U.S. Collegiate Athletic Association matchup on Sunday afternoon.
The Lady Builders hit nearly 50% from the floor (24-of-50 for 48%) for the game and held Briarcliffe to 13-of-66 from the floor (19.7%).
Freshman Valerie Creecy scored 11 points and hauled in nine rebounds, while sophomore LaTorya Griames had a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds. Sophomore Jasmine Gerald also had an outstanding game with 10 points and seven rebounds.
Apprentice School (5-6) now returns home to face Wesley College at 2 pm on Saturday.
