The Apprentice School women's basketball team improved their winning streak to five games with a 85-56 rout over Penn State Beaver on Tuesday evening.
ON THE COURT:
- Latrice Washington led the team with 20 points and made four three-pointers for the Lady Builders.
- Aquazia Jones came off the bench and added 13 points.
- Julissa Riddick and Quanisha Bruce each added nine points for the Lady Builders.
- Quanisha Bruce grabbed a team-high 10 rebounds.
- The Lady Builders forced 28 turnovers and had 19 steals on the game which led to 36 points off of turnovers. Washington led the team with seven steals.
- Penn State Beaver was led by Brittany Jackson, who had a game-high 21 points and 14 rebounds.
The Lady Builders return home on Thursday night for a 5:30 p.m. tip against Alfred State at the Apprentice Athletic Center.
