Ylexzis Traeger scored a game-high 22 points but the Lady Builders fell 72-55 to Elizabeth City State on Wednesday evening.

ON THE COURT:

  • Ylexzis Traeger scored 22 points on 9-for-15 shooting from the floor.
  • The Lady Builders forced 22 turnovers and had 10 steals.
  • ECSU outrebounded the Lady Builders 45-31.
  • The Lady Vikings had 18 steals and forced 23 turnovers.
  • ECSU was led by Jalyn Brown, who had 17 points and four assists.

The Lady Builders will be back in action this weekend as they take a quick two-game road trip. They will face Bluefield State on Saturday at 2 p.m. before playing Bluefield College on Sunday at 3 p.m.
