EVENT: 2018 USCAA Basketball National Championship
LOCATION: Uniontown, PA
DATE: Feburary 28th
The Lady Builders could not overcome a slow start as they fall to Rochester College in the opening round of the USCAA Basketball National Championship. Seniors, Julissa Riddick and Ylexzis Traeger led the team in scoring with 10 points a piece. The Lady Builders would cut the lead to 8 points in the 3rd quarter but could not pull any closer. Rochester's Devan Valko led all scorers with 24 points and going 6 for 7 behind the 3-point line.
ON THE COURT:
- Julissa Riddick scored 10 points and had 8 rebounds
- Ylexzis Traeger scored 10 points and pulled in 7 rebounds
- Quanisha Bruce had 7 points and 9 rebounds
- Aquazia Jones came off the bench to score 9 points
- Tyne Innocent added 8 points
