NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - The Apprentice School golf team is set to open up the 2022-23 season on the road this weekend in a 54-hole match play event this weekend at Campbellsville-Harrodsburg.

The Builders will play 36 holes of match play Saturday before wrapping up the weekend with 18 on Sunday. They will open the event against Asbury and will also play the host Pioneers and Pikeville over the course of the weekend.

Led by team captain Ethan Flanders, the Builders will have Jeremy Carr, Alex Palus, Kai Crockett and Grant Swanger, former AS quarterback, on the course competing. The event takes place at the par 72 Long Bridge Golf Club.
