Billy is a two-time Delaware place-winner, finishing in fourth and as the state runner-up. Team captain twice at Cape Henlopen High School with 100 career wins.  Competed in Freestyle and Greco-Roman in Europe for Young Lions Club.  He will look to contribute to the Builders' upper weights.
